During the last year I have been focusing mainly on research and testing, improving existing services of one of the key players in the health industry in the UK. Leading qualitative research and discovery phases, conducting interviews with stakeholders, staff and customers, as well as clustering existing research, crafting and maintaining a new research library. Facilitating workshops with stakeholders and presenting findings.
Mapping the customer journey across the whole service, revisiting the value proposition, identifying opportunities that focus on short and long term solutions, that translated into the work-stream roadmaps. Mentoring other team members.
Responsible for the Product Management of a digital transformation project: leading definition, implementation and launching strategy, being delivered in January 2018. Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, and assuring quality on a 5 member product team: organising work load, managing sprints, scoping and prioritising backlog along with the Product Owner, while working closely with 5 external teams. Defining and setting up agile ways-of-working and collaborative sessions within the team.
During the last 8 years, I have been working as a UX & Product Designer in London, also in New York and Madrid. Participating in all phases of the entire project lifecycle, from research, to ideation and testing. Broad experience in rich content sites, expertly crafting information architecture and UX deliverables, creating design systems for multiple markets, and facilitating workshops and presenting documentation to stakeholders.
Product & Strategy Lead with a passion for collaborative environments and agile processes. I believe in simple and effective design, aligning user needs with business goals in every stage of production, taking decisions with contrasted data. Always challenging myself to learn something new with every project. Currently working as an Associate UX Director at Mirum, in London.
I also like practicing some yoga, coding, travelling and spending time with my cat.
